So far, the best hotel in Makkah
In my previous two stays, everything was perfect. This is my third stay and it was horrible! I don't know what changed but i hope they make serious management changes. Check in service was slow. We booked three rooms, only one room was ready by 4pm. The rooms were spacious but room service was bad. On the second day, we had to call them at 4pm to clean one of the room which was not cleaned. The Towels in the bathroom were not changed and were overused. Dine in service was late, it took them one hour.
